Returns & Exchanges
At TVS Official Store, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the items back to our distribution center.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
